Champak

Description: While Chakmak is also read with great interest by adults, it is a magazine primarily crafted for readers around the age group of 11 to 14 years. Chakmak considers children to be intelligent individuals. That's why it presents content on a wide range of subjects from around the world. Chakmak questions the notion of restricting children to only fairy tales and stories of kings and queens written in syrupy, clichéd language. Just as Chakmak warmly embraces imaginative literature, it also introduces its readers to the realities of the world. I contributed as an illustrator for a lot of small poems and language trivia content for the same.
